Following arrival on site, we sweep your entire parking lot with one of our mobile sweepers keeping as much dirt out of drains as possible. Inaccessible areas for the mobile sweeper are swept by hand. After the sweep, we treat all oil spots with an environmentally friendly product (MSDS available), and follow with a scrub of the oil spot with an aggressive brush. Next, we wash your floor manually with 3500 psi pressure washers. We have 3 main objectives when clearing the floor, which is to remove all excess salt, dirt, and oil stains (depending on age of stains). If left, the contaminates will deteriorate your flooring regardless of the surface.

The machines are used in underground garages, parkades, parking lots, drive ways and warehouses as well as other applications. Our machines are comparable to a small car in size and are the ideal solution to property maintenance. Our mobile sweeping machines clean up carbon dust, garbage, rocks, leaves, dirt etc. Essentially, whatever can be swept up, manually, will be swept up ten times more with our machines. We also supply oversized bin lining bags to secure all dirt. If needed, we will dump the dirt at our location for an additional charge.

We are equipped with the proper tools to dust and clean your underground pipes. Even in those hard to reach places, our experienced staff has the right tools to get the job done.
